AECOM VIRGINIA Class Submarine LTD Outfitting Manager in Washington, District Of Columbia

AECOM is actively recruiting for a senior-level Logistician for work in the area of Logistics Technical Data (LTD). The successful candidate will provide support services for the VIRGINIA (SSN 774) Class Submarine Program Management Office (PMS450) in support of the Product Support Division (PMS450F). Primary responsibilities include senior level technical support to the PMS450 LTD PSEM, providing guidance, review, oversight, and analysis for the LTD products necessary for readiness of the Virginia Class Submarines. Specific duties will include performing on-site audits of LTD for the boat, drafting follow-on audit results and recommendation/resolution for audit deficiencies. Conducts LTD audits of the NAVSEA Technical Information Center (TIC) for boat related LTD requirements and prepares follow-on reports along with identifying audit deficiencies and necessary actions for full compliance of data availability. Prepares technical reviews and drafting analytical reports, technical documentation and meeting minutes for PMS450F as directed. Developing technical and programmatic comments, and generating the related Navy correspondence; Support for the PMS450 Delivery Certification Process related to LTD products, for Virginia Class Submarines nearing completion of New Construction and Post Shakedown Availability to certify readiness for Sea Trials. Coordinate tasks with Navy Participating Managers, Field Activities and contractors.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related job field and at least eleven (11) years of job-related experience or equivalent. Two years of job-related experience may be substituted for each year of college. An active Government Security Clearance, i.e., an in-scope Background Investigation with Access having been granted within the previous two years, at the SECRET level.
