Job Summary

AECOM is actively recruiting for a mid-senior level Logistician/Product Support Analyst for work in the area of Maintenance Planning (MP), tracking status of manufacturing & procurement of identified I&D Support Equipment (SE), and management of the Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) program. This position provides contractor technical support services for the VIRGINIA (SSN774) Class Submarine Program Management Office (PMS450) in support of the Product Support Division (PMS450F).

General duties include assisting government and assigned contractor support personnel in tracking Maintenance Logistical Technical Documentation (LTD) in support of New Construction (NEWCON) submarine certifications. Generate, analyze, and review Virginia Class Submarine programmatic level documentation as well as performing analysis of contractor furnished documents. Attending meetings in support of the government customer as well as the development of meeting minutes may be required.

Specific duties include the management of Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) for submarine readiness certification to include maintenance LTD and test equipment onboard Virginia Class Submarines prior to delivery. Also will perform technical reviews and analysis of VIRGINIA Class Maintenance Planning (MP) documentation, along with performing technical reviews and development of technical and programmatic level comments. Will assist Government personnel in the selection recommendation and procurement of VIRGINIA Class special Support Equipment (SE), as well as the generation and routing of related Navy correspondence.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related field and at least 5 (five) years of job related experience or equivalent. Two years of job-related experience may be substituted for each year of college. Good communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Position may require travel. Position requires a current Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Military Service and Submarine experience is a plus.
