Position Title Assembler II or III (Night Shift)

JW Williams Inc., an AECOM company, is seeking an Assembler II or III for night shift, to be based in our Waller, Texas location.
The JWW Shop Assembly department is responsible for assembling products using tools, machines, and their own hands on all packaged products/equipment. This equipment includes but is not limited to the following:
(A) Glycol Dehydration Units
(B) Combination Heater-Separator and Dehydration Units
(C) Gas Production Units
(D) Indirect Heaters
(E) Natural Draft Combustors
(F) BTEX Emission Control Systems for Glycol Dehydration Units
(G) Condensate Stabilizer Systems
(H) 2 and 3 Phase Separator Packages
Position Description or Typical Responsibilities:
Able to support the normal functions required within the Assembly Department including but not limited to:
Setting major components, pumps and filters on skids as part of a packaged unit.
Setting controls and installing instrumentation tubing on packaged units.
Install interconnecting threaded piping on packaged units.
Able to complete the work of a Pipefitter and Instrumentation Technician
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Assembler II: 2+ years of related assembly experience
Assembler III: 3+ years of related assembly experience
Have good eye/hand coordination to be able to use test equipment, reading digital gauge and laptop screen to insure we make the necessary calibration adjustment for best accuracy.
- Knowledge of packaged equipment and A.S.M.E. code pressure vessels

Willing and able to work night shift from 6PM-6AM, Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturday.
