AECOM Project Administrator in Victoria, British Columbia

Job Summary

Our AECOM Victoria office needs a Project Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provides administrative support to one or more managers within a group, office or business unit including some of or all of the following: prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings and catering for meetings, makes travel arrangements, and/or maintains inventory of office supplies.

Printer and office maintenance calls. Liaise with janitorial company for office cleaning

Work with couriers for shipping and receiving of packages.

  • Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work.

  • Works under general supervision.

Minimum Requirements

HS + 2 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications
