Position Title Senior Regional Logistics Planners

AECOM is seeking Senior Regional Logistics Planners - TS SCI cleared - with EUCOM, PACOM, CENTCOM, NORTHCOM, AFRICOM, SOUTHCOM regional expertise.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor theater logistics policies.
Maintain Combat Service Support (CSS) situational awareness through all means of information systems, battle command systems, and CSS Mission Command information systems.
Monitor theater logistical priorities via COCOM daily operation updates and staff meetings.
Coordinate and interpret ASCC and joint logistics system requirements with logistics managers in the ASCC AOR, AMC, DLA, Material Management Center (MMC), Theater Sustainment Command (TSC), COCOM, Logistic Support Agency (LOGSA), and deploying units/installations to maximize logistics performance and leverage the joint systems’ unique capabilities.
Review plans to ensure compliance with directives and guidance from HQDA, COCOM, and the ASCC in achieving operational objectives, and provide recommendations for updates.
Participate in ASCC exercises and deployments.
Assist with the development of operational level logistics Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), OPORDs, and associated annexes.
Provide preparatory planning for the integration of LOGCAP capabilities into existing OPLANs, CONPLANs and areas of emerging threat.
Develop, update and maintain information for countries within the COCOM including labor laws, VISA wait times, vendor lists, transportation infrastructure and other pertinent information will impact or influence the ability to deliver services when needed.
Assist with developing and updating Level I (Commander's Estimate) thru Level IV OPLANs.
Assist the Plans Branch in developing staff estimates and courses of actions for OPLANs and policy that support the geographic Combatant Commander's theater strategy, campaign plans, OPLANs and OPORDs.
Review and provide analysis, comments, and summation of the Unified Command Plan, Contingency Planning Guidance, and Defense Planning Guidance and the Joint Service Capabilities Plan (JSCP).
Create Country/Region Book(s) supporting each SUPPLAN, concepts of support, and Annex W input that provides information to facilitate operational planning, setting the theater and defense support to civil authorities.
Top Secret SCI - TS/SCI required
A minimum of ten years of experience in managing the planning, supervision, and execution of logistics programs.
TSC or field logistics command senior staff experience
Knowledgeable of Army logistics at the tactical, operational and strategic levels and operational contract support
Writing that is free from errors and won’t be misinterpreted
Verbal communication skills capable of developing a rapport with peers and senior leaders, with ability to adjust their communication style appropriate to the audience.
Ability to listen and understand supported unit requirements
Knowledge and experience with the Military Decision Making Process
Experience as a planner at the operational command level (Corps/Army), and optimally have recent experience within the GCC/ASCC area of responsibility.
- Former BDE CDR preferred
