Job Summary

  • Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team

  • Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.

  • Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others.

  • Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.

  • Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.

  • Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.

  • Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.

  • Prepares technical specification sections.

  • Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • 10+ years of experience in engineering and project management of fueling projects

  • License and/or registration of professional engineer required

  • Experience with aviation fuel storage and dispensing systems

  • Experience with establishing and managing financial goals on project and market sector level

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills with word, excel, power point, scheduling, and project controls

  • Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Be an established professional with name recognition in fueling market

  • Active in professional fueling organizations and code making bodies

  • Excellent proven organizational skills

  • API and STI certifications in fueling related system components
