We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team and support the growth of our Southeast Asia business. The incumbent will support the both professional and campus recruitment campaigns primarily in Philippines. Other key mandates include promoting the AECOM brand internally and externally in order to attract young and emerging talent, and helping to improve the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with hiring managers of the various business lines across AECOM to understand talent requirements

  • Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.

  • Manages full life-cycle recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.

  • Proactively direct source for talent through social media, employee referrals, competitive intelligence/research, sourcing tools and other innovative channels

  • Builds relationships and communicates consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all stakeholders and candidates in the hiring process are updated and well informed.

  • Creates a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.

  • Ensure all open requisitions and candidate activities are captured in the applicant tracking system (Brassring) in a timely and accurate manner

  • Support other ad-hoc recruitment projects in SE Asia

Based in Philippines - Taguig City.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience identifying and hiring talent within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is an advantage

  • Minimum 5-7 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.

  • Ability to work in a high volume fast-paced recruitment environment and cope well with pressure

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work well within a team as well as interface with internal clients

  • Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

  • Experience utilizing Brassring and proficient with MS office.

  • Proven experience working with geographically-dispersed, virtual teams, as well as have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to change recruitment direction and priorities, based on ever changing critical needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
