The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Work directly with client to meet various needs within the document control group
Update schedules and maintain and create spreadsheets to better facilitate management of various engineering documents
Manage documents at base level, including metadata updates, relocation and addition of document revisions within the client's system
Assist in the review and development of existing organizational standards to better streamline all processes
High school diploma
Understanding of various design and construction documents including specifications, drawings, RFI's etc.
Minimum 5 year experience in document control for engineering and/or construction projects
Strong computer skills, including experience with various database programs, spreadsheets and related technical software
Highly organized with strong interpersonal communications skills
Ability to work independently
Associates degree in construction management or engineering technology
At least 5 years within document control for construction or engineering
Experience in writing data related spreadsheet formulas and Google apps scripting
