Job Summary

AECOM has an opportunity for a Supply Technician at our program location in Springfield, VA. The Supply Tech will inventory management activities such as accountable property database records management, property issue and receipt control. Track items and segregate them by ownership through the records maintained in the accountable property database. All property will be controlled through a receipt and issue process that complies with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD Regulations.

  • Conduct 10% monthly inventories to enhance property accountability.

  • Reconcile deficiencies identified during physical inventories.

  • Maintain property accountability records, paper and/or electronic

  • Execute monthly reconciliations between property acquisitions/deletions and fiscal databases.

  • Support a flexible work schedule, including shift changes, split shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

  • Provide property and inventory reporting to the PMO and/or Customer, as appropriate. Perform related logistics and property duties, as directed by supervision.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.

  • Active, fully adjudicated TS security clearance is required.

  • A minimum of three 3 years' relevant experience is required.

  • HS Diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Administration of the ETID program as it relates to accountable property management.

  • Process accountable property documentation such as editing, deleting, transferring, and issuing hand receipts.

  • Conduct annual inventories of all accountable property IAW prescribed procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • TS/SCI w/poly is preferred.
