AECOM has an opportunity for an Energy Manager supporting our contract in Springfield, VA.
Manage the NCE energy management program IAW all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and standards, including, but not limited to: NGA, DoD, ODNI, Commonwealth of Virginia, Fairfax County, Fort Belvoir, etc.
Perform planning activities to develop and maintain a strategic energy management plan.
Develop energy use breakdown by major systems.
Conduct trend analysis to identify issues, ensure peak performance and monitor energy consumption.
Provide an annual energy conservation report that includes energy conservation recommendation and associated cost savings to the government.
Coordinate and manage the completion of the annual Greenhouse Gases (GHG) Sustainability Data Report.
Must be a US Citizen.
Active, fully adjudicated TS security clearance is required.
6 years’ experience performing energy and resource management functions.
BS degree with an Engineering technical background (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.).
Must have CEM certification.
Knowledge of outage processes in mission critical environments.
- MS degree with an Engineering technical background (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.).
