Perform various administrative, clerical, data collection, data entry, and report writing tasks.
Scan, fax and bind documents, reports, and proposals as required.
Contribute to the advancement of client goals through commitment to productive collaboration with all stakeholders.
Set up and maintain job files in accordance with Company work instructions and applicable project instructions.
Prepare correspondence, presentations and/or reports as required.
Follow-up on correspondence and outstanding requests for resolution.
Coordinate for Project Team, Client and/ or Contractor meetings.
Responsible for the setup of meeting facilities.
Take notes and prepare Minutes of Meetings.
Facilitate document control and issue process.
Assist government EOI / Proposal / Tender submission.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in project support.
Possess a flair for communication, both written and verbal
Proficient level of English both oral and written
Comprehensive range administrative skills and client support services
Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Excellent PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer skills
Upon completion of project, transferring to other project is subjected to performance
This position will be based on site
