Position Title Project Admin (Tenders & Proposals)
Singapore - Singapore
Provide administrative support to the project team.
Set up meeting agendas, participating in project meetings and taking notes.
Typing reports, letters; reviewing and preparing records.
Filing, archiving and handling all in-coming and out-going mail and documents.
Following up with employees to ensure they follow company guidelines and procedures.
Responsible for scanning, printing, copy of drawings and documents
Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties.
GCE O Level or above with formal secretarial training
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in projects administration and document control
Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of both spoken & written English
Knowledge of InDesign would be advantages
Excellent organization, time-management and multi-tasking skills.
