Position Title Project Admin (Tenders & Proposals)

Job Summary


  • Provide administrative support to the project team.

  • Set up meeting agendas, participating in project meetings and taking notes.

  • Typing reports, letters; reviewing and preparing records.

  • Filing, archiving and handling all in-coming and out-going mail and documents.

  • Following up with employees to ensure they follow company guidelines and procedures.

  • Responsible for scanning, printing, copy of drawings and documents

  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties.

Minimum Requirements

  • GCE O Level or above with formal secretarial training

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in projects administration and document control

  • Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good command of both spoken & written English

  • Knowledge of InDesign would be advantages

  • Excellent organization, time-management and multi-tasking skills.
