Job Summary

  • Process and maintain accounting records with accuracy and in a timely manner in relation to Account Payable.

  • Coordinate with vendors and project teams related to AP function

  • Prepare Payment vouchers, invoices and staff advance/ expense clearance, including foreign vendor transactions

  • Assist to perform monthly closing and general ledger account reconciliations and analyze any variances (if any)

  • Handle for Tax reports (PND1, PND3, PND53, PND54, PP30, PP36, VAT report)

  • Other ad-hoc assignment as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

  • 1- 2 years of experience is an advantage

  • Well versed in Microsoft Office and accounting software especially ACCPAC would be advantage

  • Working knowledge of local tax reporting and submission

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good attitude

  • Able to work under pressure and detail-oriented

  • Native Thai speaker and a good command of written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
