Job Summary 配合团队参与大型项目,和 /或独立完成小型项目;

深入理解和参与本专业的招标文件、评标报告、合同文件、工程量清单、变更审核、结算审核等工作;

参加招标答疑及询标问卷等工作及会议;

完成变更和结算的核对,并协助完成洽商和谈判等工作;

协助完成本专业的投资估算、成本估算等工作;

能与客户、顾问单位、承包商、及实际咨询者进行有效沟通、交流、配合与协调;

协助上级培养年轻同事;

向项目经理或直属领导汇报工作。

Minimum Requirements

具有国家承认的工程造价、建筑工程管理、或相关专业专科及以上学历;

具有造价咨询、建筑及施工行业4年及以上工作经验;

能独立编写本专业的工程量清单,熟悉国标清单,能熟练运用定额计价;

熟练掌握并使用广联达计价软件;

扎实的估算编制、成本分析、变更审核及中期付款审核的能力;

如工作需要,能接受短期(1-6个月)出差安排;

有提供专业技术服务的意识和态度;

重视团队合作,有公平公正的专业处事态度;

优良的抗压能力,勇于接受挑战,对新事物和观点有较高的接受度;

获得国家承认的工程造价或相关专业资格证书;

英文良好。
