Under the direction of Project director, play a critical role in projects which may include:
Manage multi-discipline project including master planning, landscape design, economic study and environmental planning
Leading the process of developing design scheme under PD’s supervision
Organize presentation material
Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.
Responsible for total execution of projects from start to close-out(project set-up, schedule, resource , quality , organization and risk control ).
Assist in the evaluation and redesign of practice offerings.
Oversee managers working on client engagements within practice.
Oversee the accounting, costing and billing.
Support BD to negotiate the contract.
3-5 years’ post-graduate experience as project manager.
Master degree in Architecture, Landscape or Urban Design
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Be able to coordinate a multidisciplinary team.
Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
Basic financial knowledge.
