Assist the Construction Manager to implement and maintain all safety systems and policies of Project Management Consultant
Monitor the site operations are in compliance of Macau health & safety regulations
Carry out inspection and give suggestions for improving safety and precautionary measures
Prepare accident investigation & analysis
Support internal and external safety audits
Facilitate a healthy and safe work environment for all staff and workers
Collaborate with other RSS for delivery of works contracts and the project in safe, efficient and cost-effective manner with good quality
Management of Safety subordinates
Other duties related to the works contracts or the project as may be assigned by the head of the RSS team or the Project Management Consultant from time to time
Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy
Diploma in Site Safety Management
Registered Safety Officer under F&IU (S.O./S.S.) Regulation Cap 59 Hong Kong or equivalent
At least 6 years relevant RSO experience in building projects
With experience working in Macau projects is preferred
Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Work Location: Macau
