Be responsible for driving a number of projects of green building assessment and building physics analysis independently, especially energy modeling
Contribute advanced technologies of high performance buildings to project teams
Keep study and update latest technologies to whole team
Good quality control on deliverables
To present the company at a senior level in technology and client/team coordination meetings
Establish and maintain successful client relationships at a senior level
Good planning, organizational and time-management
LEED AP 证书持有者优先；
Degree qualified on HVAC/Building Science/Building Sustainability/ relative majors
Experience in building physics, especially energy modeling - additional knowledge of CFD/ Eco-tect / IES would be considered favorably
Experience in building physics support for LEED projects – additional knowledge of the CGBL rating systems would be considered favorably
Additional experiences in Energy audit or system commissioning would be considered favorably
Familiar with ASHRAE standard and national design code in building service.
Must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
Accomplished written and verbal communications skills both in English and Chinese
Strategic thinker, proven team leader and team worker
LEED AP professional preferred
LEED AP professional preferred.
