Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.
Responsible for total execution of projects from start to close-out(project set-up, schedule, resource, quality , organization and risk control )
Responsible for project profitability and management of work flow and staff utilization
Oversee team working on client engagements within practice.
Oversee the accounting, costing and billing
Support BD to negotiate the contract
4-5 years’ post-graduate experience as project manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape or Urban Design.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Be able to coordinate a multidisciplinary team.
Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
Basic financial knowledge
