Maintains production records, timesheets, company benefits programs and/or the payroll system, mergers and acquisitions.
May be responsible for computing, withholding, and deductions associated with net earnings.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. Works under direct supervision.
Responsible for providing support to China Payroll Manager in processing China payroll related activities , which include payroll processing, individual income tax compliance and payroll-related benefits operations for over 1,500 staff in China .Ensure the payroll activities are processed by following regulations and policies, and deliver the payroll result timely and accurately .
Responsible for efficient payroll reporting, and prepare payroll journals and account reconciliation.
Responsible for monitoring time charging.
Support on payroll system implementation.
Support on other ad-hoc assignments
Enforce ethic & compliance policy including 3rd Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.
Working experience in multinational company is a good plus.
Good knowledge on China Individual Income Tax and social insurances
Attention on details, service orientated and result driven
Excellent Excel skills
