AECOM Buildings + Places Saskatoon office needs a Project Coordinator.
Analyzes various facets of project work and establishes schedules for completing work within allotted time.
Develops and maintains the project master schedule and subcontract milestone schedules.
Monitors, collects, and analyzes actual costs, commitments, accruals and revisions associated with project completion; identifies trends and reports analyses to project team.
Monitors design, procurement and field construction progress with contract schedules and productivity requirements.
Develops various financial, productivity and scheduling analyses and forecasts as required to assist the project team with overall project management.
- Bachelor's Degree + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Demonstrated outstanding oral communication, written and presentation skills
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation
Must have an understanding of fundamental building science and construction
Team player with excellent listening skills and diplomacy; willingness to work with multiple different colleagues on a variety of initiatives
Strong report writing, scheduling, budgeting, and cost monitoring
Must be computer savvy and able to operate a Windows-based computer including programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
