Position Title Financial Deputy Project Manager

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Financial Deputy Project Manager for immediate employment for the Santa Barbara, CA office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
Perform Financial Deputy Project Management duties with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reporting requirements
Track monthly project costs and spend with emphasis on Project Controls ( margin, revenue, earned value, risk, schedule)
Assist in preparation of funding requests and scopes of work
Assist with client invoices and invoice summaries
Assist with subcontractor invoice review, scope tracking, and contract review
Participate in weekly internal and external progress meetings with Project Manager and
Assist Project Manager and project team implementing a large environmental remediation project
5+ years' experience
Strong proficiency with ORACLE-based or similar platform and Microsoft Office programs
Experience with Estimates at Completion and/or Estimates to Complete
Experience with raw cost and budget management
Ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets
Experience in reviewing financial terms in contracts
Experience in tracking project budgets and Project Controls
Experience with project audits
Past experience in supporting role in financial project management
Environmental consulting industry experienced preferred
