AECOM IT Support Specialist in San Francisco, California

United States of America - California, San Francisco

Job Summary

AECOM has an immediate opportunity for an IT Support Specialist - Senior to support a government agency’s capabilities in remote.

Performs day-to-day activities required to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to end users with little to no direct supervision, to include, move/add/change of end user equipment, software install and upgrades. Will be required to perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution in coordination with multiple support organizations and with direct communication with the customer.

Minimum Requirements

Must have a minimum of 10 years of related experience providing IT Hardware and Software Deployment, Troubleshooting, and Problem Resolution support to end users.

May be required to travel to SEC locations and data centers (<10% travel required).

Candidates must be U.S. Citizen or have legal right to work in the USA without sponsorship (Agency check will be required for this position).

Clearance Required: Not required, however must have ability to clear background investigation by ICE for Entry of Duty (EOD) clearance.
