Looking for a team member with a hard-working attitude. Workload varies day to day, but you will be an important part of supporting the functions and skills to be part of an integrated team of engineers, project managers, designers and more.Under general supervision, plans, coordinates, supervises and administers secretarial support services for a medium-size unit or group.
Develops, implements and coordinates office policies and programs consistent with group philosophy and objectives.
Is responsible for the efficient operation and performance of the unit.
Plans and/or coordinates office and telephone relocations and facilities remodeling.
May perform personnel and/or other functions as necessary.
5 or more years applicable experience
Demonstrable Mastery of Microsoft Word including use of multilevel lists and styles and integration of graphics and tables for report generation.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel including expertise in database query and analysis, simple macros, and conditional formatting.
Customer Service oriented, willing to play a part on the project management team to contribute to the successful management to projects through evidence-based decision making.
An Investigative initiative to research and understand complex technical problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
US Citizenship required
Must be computer literate in common software applications and able to operate general office equipment
Ability to convey a positive and professional image
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize projects, adapting to change as they occur
Must have good communication skills
- Ability to obtain a DoD Clearance
