The PM will be responsible for the day to day project and client management for multi- discipline architectural and engineering design services for buildings and facilities projects and teams from the initial planning through construction phase.
Work with the project Principal-in-Charge throughout all phases of the project to obtain client satisfaction and financial project performance.
In conjunction with the Principal-in-Charge, successfully develops strategy, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and executes project(s).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to communications with clients and project teams which will include public agencies, development and management of project schedules and budgets, and quality assurance.
May include management of teams across business lines, in remote locations and/or management of subcontractors.
Other responsibilities include business development and marketing support for proposals and presentations.
Portfolio of work across a wide variety of project sizes with a focus on Department of Defense work.
Facilitates team communication, coordination and collaboration to support assigned projects
12+ years of experience
Licensed Professional Engineer or Architect
Project management experience on full service architectural engineering projects for the U.S. Department of Defense
5+ years as managing multi-discipline architectural engineering building and facilities projects
LEED Accreditation a plus
PMP Certification a plus.
Security Clearance a plus.
