AECOM Construction Management Project Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina

Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented, experienced and motivated Construction Management Project Manager for immediate employment in our Raleigh, NC office.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintains project records

  • Administrates project meetings

  • Resolves unanticipated field issues during construction

  • Responsible for Client Invoicing

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering

  • 5+ years of experience in Construction Management

  • Areas of experience include: municipal, NCDOT, pedestrian, grading, paving, structures and others

  • Experience with local municipalities, DOT's and approving agencies

  • Ability to review RFQ and develop required scope and fee for professional services

  • Ability to track and manage task budgets and schedules

  • Ability to supervise others

  • Demonstrate leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships

  • Ability to work with various multi-disciplined teams is essential to this role

  • MS Office & Project/Primavera experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering

  • EI or NCPE

  • 10+ years of experience

  • Prior CE&I or construction contractor experience

  • Resident/Assistant Resident Engineer/Construction Engineering experience at NCDOT or other DOTs

  • Field experience

  • NCDOT, municipal, or heavy civil project experience or equivalent
