Job Summary

Our Oxford Project Management business unit continues to grow to service the region across Health, Education, Residential and Commercial markets where it has successfully secured positions with many high profile clients and some of the largest projects and programs in the industry.

As a direct result of this growth AECOM is currently seeking a full time Project Manager specifially with Healthcare experience to join the team.

As Project Manager you will be entrusted to work on a range of small but more challenging Health sector projects, ranging from £5m to £20m project or as part of a project management team undertaking discreet tasks on a large/major project, £20m upwards, under the general guidance of an Associate Project Manager/Associate/Director

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Health sector

  • Planning & Programming skills

  • Chairing and minuting Project Team Meetings

  • Leading Steering Group Presentations

  • Managing Change Control

  • Process Setting Project Strategies

  • Contract Administration

Minimum Requirements

  • Healthcare Project Manager

  • Experience of complex healthcare projects (refurbishment/new build)

  • Experience of large complex new build projects (lead PM or assisting a lead PM)

  • Experience managing design review process from RIBA (2013) Stage 4 and BSRIA Stage 4a, 4b, 4c (M&E)

  • Experience Leading Projects from inception to completion

  • Proven track record as a lead project manager, healthcare schemes (minimum value £5m)

  • Evidence of client management

  • Experience of NEC Option A Contract

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Qualified – Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Degree

  • Gained or Working towards Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution

  • APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation)

  • Prince2 or MSP experience
