AECOM Construction Manager in Orange, California

AECOM is seeking a Construction Manager with a strong understanding of construction of sewer conveyance system projects; new sewer pipelines, sewer rehabilitation, large and small diameter. Construction Manager may be assigned and work on multiple projects in different phases of construction.
Reviewing preparing and processing project documents, such as submittals, correspondence, RFIs, plan clarifications, and change/allowance orders.

Assisting with negotiations of change orders and resolving other significant delay and construction matters
Assisting in review of work progress to ensure workmanship confirms to specifications
Providing guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.
Establishing procedures that affect immediate organization.
Working on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.
Acting advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
May have budget responsibilities.
Overseeing the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.
Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day
Minimum of 3 to 5 year so experience with construction projects valued at $1 million or more is desired
Working knowledge of current Green Book and City of Los Angeles Brown Book standards
Working knowledge of open cut shoring and excavation, sewer by-pass operations, and maintenance-hole reconstruction
Pipeline CM (sewer/water).
