AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Water Resources Engineer for employment in the North Charleston, SC office. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Working with a team on all phases of assessment and design projects ranging from watershed planning, dam evaluation, storm drainage design, permit compliance, floodplain evaluations and construction oversight
This position provides the opportunity for a wide variety of field and office work.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Biological Systems or Environmental Engineering
Experience with AutoCAD
Ability to perform field work as part of a team
Ability to communicate, both written and verbally, in a fast-paced team setting
Ability to multi-task on several projects concurrently
This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization
Exposure to, or experience in, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (ex HEC-RAS, SWMMM, HECHMS, StormCAD, TR-55, ICPR)
Knowledge of field surveying
Technical writing experience
