Position Title Submarine Towed Systems Integrated Logistics Support Manager

AECOM is actively seeking an ILS Manager to provide Logistics support to the Submarine Towed Systems branch at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), Naval Station Norfolk, VA.
Familiar with the Towed Array Handling Systems for the OK-634, OK-542/A OK-276A/C/T versions
Provide logistics and configuration management support during fleet technical assist visits
Assist with expediting required material delivery, turn in of parts and material
Evaluate and provide resolution to fleet logistic issues
Work with various activities insuring the submarine fleet has the required, up to date logistics data necessary to insure fleet readiness
Attend and participate in meeting as requested
Assist with the development of required graphs, charts and white papers as required
Provide Program support in administering and maintaining the Quality Maintenance System
Perform all other tasks as assigned.
Submarine Logistics experience required
Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related field and at least 10 years of job related experience or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications;
Organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required
Position requires a Secret Security Clearance.
Position may require travel.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Six (6) years full-time experience in logistics engineering acquisition, fleet introduction, installation, test operation, and life cycle support of the AN/BQQ-10 Series/AN/BYG-1 combat systems or a computerized and computer-controlled combat system which closely resembles the AN/BSY-1 or AN/BSY-2 in complexity, operation, maintenance approach and installation.
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years full-time experience in Navy Integrated Logistic Support and System Life Cycle Support areas of the DOD/Navy Integrated Logistics System. The experience shall include each of the following Navy ILS components listed below in support of a major forward electronic system or HM&E systems.
Manpower, personnel, and training support
Test Equipment support
Technical logistic data
Packaging, handling, storage, and transportation
Design and installation
- Previous experience providing logistics support to MARMC
