Position Title Videographer/ Video Editor (New York)

We are seeking a Videographer / Video Editor with a high degree of creativity responsible for creative storyboarding, producing, editing, and managing video production for corporate communications. Will work side-by-side with design directors, designers and copywriters. Candidate should have a working knowledge of video production and editing, expert understanding of design programs, communication strategy, and copywriting. In this position, you’ll be part of an in-house brand team that collaborates to conceptualize, develop, design, and execute multimedia campaigns that communicate the AECOM brand globally.
Creating video assets that maintain brand integrity and elevate the brand internally and externally
Compositing and integrating animations and graphics into video
Assisting in enhancing the visual brand standards, responsible for guiding tone, manner and personality of all brand marketing and communication materials, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines
Managing all elements of video production and fulfillment, including managing quality, creative briefing, interviewing, working with talent, camera operation, and service relationships with external agency partners when required
Collaborating with the team to ensure that processes, projects, and interactions with stakeholders are consistently engaging and enlightening
Reflecting design excellence and best practices in all processes and outputs
5 + years of experience in videography and video editing
Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional video / design and video editing skills; a clear grasp of typography, color, motion, and behavior
Shooting with DSLRs, 2K and 4K studio cameras
Editing, multi-cam selection, and syncing for 3+ camera shoots
Story producing, storyboarding, directing talent on screen
Lighting set up for studio and on-location shoots
Color correction and grading
Experience with planning and implementing branding and visual standards
Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas to a highly collaborative team
Flexibility to accommodate global projects
Ability to handle multiple priorities (quickly and efficiently) with tight deadlines
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Bachelor’s degree in film or related field
