The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead tasks in areas pertaining Risk Management and Risk Assessment

  • Risk management plan development, project documents review, project data analysis, risk registers development, risk interview and risk workshop facilitation, quantitative risk models development, risk analysis results interpretation and risk report preparation

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • 5+ years of experience

  • strong mathematical background, especially in the areas of probability and statistics (random variables, probability distributions, correlation, etc)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • General understanding of the engineering and construction industry and programs/projects life cycle

  • Understanding of construction management fundamentals, project scheduling, cost estimating and project controls

  • Strong analytics and use of MS Office is necessary

  • Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulation and any experience with applicable software, such as Risk, Pertmaster, Crystal Ball, and/or Active Risk Manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters or Phd Degree in Civil Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field

  • Familiarity with statistical and decision making software, such as Decision Tools, @Risk, Crystal Ball, Decision Tree

  • Familiarity with visualization tools, tableau or Microsoft Power BI is a plus
