AECOM Document Control Specialist in New York, New York

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking Document Control Specialist for immediate employment. Some of the responsibilities include;

  • Review monthly invoice and change order documents for accuracy

  • Ensure invoice documents are submitted on time per contract requirements

  • Route and upload documents into program management database

  • Coordinate document submission with NYCHA's Invoice and Finance Departments

  • Track documents associated with funding allocations

  • Assist with development of project reports

  • Manage submission of insurance documents including tracking of expiration

  • Work with procurement/legal departments to modify contract documents, as needed

  • Assist with closeout processes

  • Additional duties as required

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + 2 years or demonstrated equivalent

Candidates must be a Section 3 Resident (public housing resident and low income person of the community) currently living in the following NYCHA Developments:

Sotomayor Houses

Fiorentino Plaza

Long Island Baptist

Morris 1

Morris 2

Morisania Air Rights

Rangel Houses

Taft Houses

Robinson Houses

Cypress Hills

Farragut Houses

Candidates must have the ability to travel to the program office located in Long Island City, New York. Travel will not be reimbursed for this.
