Job Summary

Our Talent Acquisition team has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our hiring managers to provide best practice recruitment services across our Buildings and Places business line. Working for the world’s premier, fully-integrated infrastructure company, you will recruit a range of both technical and non-technical staff, managing the full lifecycle recruitment process.

As part of our ANZ Team, you will drive the recruitment strategy across multiple business lines and office locations. Utilising a client and candidate-centric approach, you will employ proactive methods to contribute to our ongoing talent pipelines in order to recruit top talent.

Minimum Requirements

This role is suited to a professional with 5-10 years’ experience working in internal and external recruitment teams. Your experience working within a dynamic environment along with your understanding of contemporary recruitment practices will enable you to become a trusted advisor. Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.

You will pride yourself on your ability to build meaningful, business relationships and deliver on outcomes. Your energetic approach and ability to remain agile in a high-pressure environment will be the keys to your success with AECOM.
