This is a great opportunity to join a leading, global company supporting the development of individuals and teams working on some of the region’s most exciting and complicated infrastructure projects. You will be a key member of the ANZ talent management Center of Excellence – a small team with a big portfolio!
As a senior specialist, you excel in project management and have a proven track record across talent management and learning and development initiatives. You have excellent facilitations skills and enjoy delivering training as much as planning and managing projects. You are a great collaborator and team player and understand that for you to succeed you must closely partner across HR and business lines.
The role is responsible for the management and delivery of key talent management programs and processes related to learning & development, employee engagement, onboarding, performance + rewards, graduate development, succession planning and diversity and inclusion across the ANZ region
Facilitate soft skills learning and development programs and update program contents when required
Support ANZ human resources as a Center of Excellence (COE) in order for HR to support ANZ business lines
Maintain and manage TM-related content and processes on platforms such as WorkDay, SumTotal and LMS: AECOM University
Manage and update web-based TM content pages for ANZ
Create communications and materials to support TM programs and initiatives
Manage relationships with L&D vendors
Appropriate tertiary qualification preferably in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development or related disciplines
5-7 years’ professional experience in Talent Management or Learning & Development

Collaborative by nature and works well with all types of people
Able to work independently, manage deadlines and copes well with uncertainty and pressure
Constantly open to learning from others and sharing their own learning
Experienced in operating in a complex, matrix organization
Sound knowledge of contemporary learning & development, organizational development and change management methods and processes
Can hit the ground running – really fast!
