We have a great opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and business support to our Environment leadership team.

Success in this role will be achieved principally by managing time effectively and ensuring that the important things get done. This role will see you providing general administrative support to your key stakeholders including the facilitation of meetings, diary management, travel and other events with both AECOM staff and external clients and stakeholders across ANZ.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience providing high level administrative support at the executive level;

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, close-knit environment;

  • Corporate Communications experience

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Business Administration;

You will take pride in your commitment to providing a professional approach, whilst maintaining the ability to have fun! You relish your role as key liaison and confidante, always staying one step ahead.
