Position Title Australia & New Zealand Quality Manager - Construction Services

Job Summary

  • Review existing systems and prepare a roadmap for further development of system for EPCM/EPC delivery model.

  • Lead development of comprehensive delivery platform (including user friendly access to all processes, systems and tools) which integrates with an existing design and services platform to deliver successful projects

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and end users on the journey to ensure successful rollout and implementation of quality platform

  • Promote quality as a pillar for growth through delivery excellence and therefore repeat business with our clients

  • Provide leadership in encouraging continuous improvement in both delivery of our services and client goals along with providing support for the systematic, integrated, consistent delivery of services and outcomes for our clients.

  • Develop and facilitate governance and review processes to provide senior management and stakeholders with confidence that project risks are being mitigated

  • Ensure teams are aware of the tools and systems and can implement swiftly at the start of a new project

  • Provide management with comprehensive assurance and auditing processes and ensure compliance to agreed systems and requirements

  • Monitor and report business process compliance and maintain ISO accreditation

  • Collaborate with the broader ANZ Quality Team to share ideas, developments and approach.

Minimum Requirements

  • Detailed understanding of construction and engineering processes including cost control, procurement management and supply change verification, risk management, Health safety and environment and quality control requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of corporate governance and compliance processes. including auditing and lead verification

  • Demonstrated history of delivery through change management process and training rollout

  • Working knowledge of ProjectWise, Aconex and SharePoint an advantage

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • Proven capability to deliver results and meet stakeholder requirements

  • Ability to incorporate BIM/4D/5D integrated design, cost and construction techniques would be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

You will be a suitably qualified Quality Manager with a minimum tertiary qualification in an engineering or construction related discipline. You will have at least 15 years' experience in the construction industry and have worked in a quality role on major projects in a Tier 1 or 2 or large multi-national company environment.
