AECOM is seeking a Maximo Administrator responsible for developing and maintaining job plans and the frequency of PM’S within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Coordinate site maintenance requirements with management and other organizations
Review and write mechanical & electrical job plans and set frequencies for equipment located within the CMMS system.
Research manufactures and documents for BOM to insert into CMMS system.
Research and provide information related to maintenance activities
Maintain records and prepares reports, as directed
Ensure reports are timely, accurate, and complete
Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and requested administrative directives
Must have 2 years experience and demonstrate good written and oral communication skills and possess familiarity with word processing, database, spreadsheet programs, CMMS systems and integrated software applications. Knowledge of numerous maintenance trades activities a plus. Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance.
Candidates with a TS clearance highly desired.
