AECOM LMP Analyst in Mannheim, Germany

Job Summary

Position is located in Mannheim Germany

Responsible for monitoring the receipt, storage, research, disposition, inventories, and accountability of set equipment in the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS) and LMP.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily.

  1. Performs and validates research using automated property management software, the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) works in conjunction with Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS), LOGSA/Logistics Integrated Warehouse (LIW) and other automated Web Log Tools.

  2. Perform stratifications and trend analysis, ensure data integrity, conduct location surveys, develop stock record accounts, reconcile due-ins between AWRDS and LMP and appropriate item managers.

  3. Monitors AWRDS and LMP to ensure systematic accountability of all APS 2 equipment to include equipment being shipped until received into final location or destination.

  4. Responsible for inventory control and management of government equipment at APS-2 Europe

  5. Operates and monitors the Logistic Modernization Program (LMP) ensuring the system information is reflected in the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS).

  6. Conduct analysis and causative research on for any discrepancies found between LMP and AWRDS to ensure data integrity is maintained.

  7. Coordinates with 405 th BDE Accountability Officer to mitigate shortfalls in data or accountability of assets.

  8. Perform system clean up on any discrepancies found during analysis.

  9. Consolidate data and generate reports IAW Army Regulations and requirements.

  10. Provides training and mentoring of LMP/AWRDS Analyst’s and monitoring daily operations to include equipment receipt, shipments, and adjustments.

  11. Performs and validates research using automated property management software, the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) works in conjunction with Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS), LOGSA/Logistics Integrated Warehouse (LIW) and other automated Web Log Tools.

  12. Validates, tracks and monitors TASKERs received from LOC and determine proper accountability actions associated with said TASKERs and accurate completion.

  13. Process and monitors all receiving, shipping and equipment issue documentation and validate all data entry into LMP/AWRDS.

  14. Provides timely, accurate, and relevant information to the operations leadership and the customer.

  15. Provides technical assistance and training to junior level analysts.

  16. Performs other related duties as assigned. Maintain a daily timesheet and daily manning report and ensuring times are accurate.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification & Experience Requirements: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

  1. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

  2. The 2 years of related work experience. Prior military supply or parts expediter experience is a plus. Excellent computer, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required. Computer skills include a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

  3. Considered an expert in the following Logistics Information Systems (LIS): Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS), Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), and Logistics Modernization Program (LMP).

  4. Current certifications on AWRDS and LMP with at least five years experience using both systems.

  5. High School graduate or equivalent.

  6. Must be able to meet and maintain all base access security requirements.

  7. Must be able to meet and maintain all LIS access requirements (Common Access Card).

Specialized knowledge and skills

  1. 1 year of experience using MFAST or a similar military transportation system

  2. 2 years of experience using the LIW or a similar military parts tracking system.

Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
