AECOM Civil Engineer Opportunity Available All Levels in Manchester, New Hampshire

AECOM is currently seeking candidates for a wide range of civil engineering positions throughout New England in our Chelmsford, MA, Rocky Hill, CT, and Manchester, NH offices. In these roles, you will contribute primarily in road and highway design projects.
0-5 year candidate requirements:
BS in CE required
Strong knowledge of Microstation, Inroads, and Civil 3D as required for each project client.
Will perform engineering calculations under the supervision of a senior civil engineer.
Will prepare construction documents and related construction cost estimates.
Will self-check work as part of the quality control program.
5-10 year candidate requirements:
BS in CE required, MSCE or MBA a plus.
Hold a PE license or have the ability to obtain a PE license.
Conducts civil engineering calculations, drafts and checks civil engineering drawings.
Prepares construction documents, design including final drawings and specifications.
Provides construction support and monitoring
Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
Provides quality control support to engineering designs, including problem solving.
Provides guidance to junior engineers.
Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.
10-15 year candidate requirements:
BS in CE required, MSCE and or MBA preferred.
Hold a PE license in the state where you primarily work. Additional PE licenses in other New England states a plus.
DOT and Municipal design experience required.
Design-Build experience is a plus.
Microstation, Inroads, and Civil 3D experience required.
Minimum 10 Years of applicable design and project management experience required.
Experience designing projects valued at more than $50 million construction value required.
Experience developing and managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and cash flow.
Experience developing and mentoring staff with less and more experience required.
Experience projecting staff workload required.
Experience with implementing QA/QC programs required.
