Job Summary

AECOM is currently seeking a Toll System and Revenue Management Business Analyst for AECOM National Tolls and Managed Lanes Practice. We offer a dynamic work environment and a culture that is direct, supportive, and flexible. We are seeking a motivated self-starter with experience in the delivery of Toll systems. We are looking for experienced staff with strong, operations and financial experience in the planning and delivery toll collection systems and operational support systems. We are seeking someone who is interested in an exciting opportunity in tolling, payment solutions including mobile payments, and connected vehicle concepts.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for supporting the delivery of existing projects and pursuits of new tolling and technology projects

  • Works with the other business lines and market sector leaders in the region to ensure strategic business growth and project delivery

  • Participates in the review and development of design, training, and maintenance and operations, and testing project plans

  • Supports other AECOM project managers and technical teams in the development of winning proposals, as well as execution of project deliverables to address client needs

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Business, Economics or related areas or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in financial, business or toll industry.

  • Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Exceptional client relationship skills and works well in multi-discipline teams

  • Solid technical skills developed within a professional services environment, with experience in transactional or financial processing

  • Ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills with a dedication to developing lasting client partnerships (internally and externally)

  • Experience in Transportation Technology including Tolling, ITS and Managed Lanes or other transactional and financial transaction processing

  • Knowledge of Business Process Management and review of Requirements, use cases and analysis to support business cases for new initiatives
