Leads Projects with full responsibility for delivery:
Responsible for job mobilisation, planning, delivery and reporting;
Manages the day to day workload of project resources;
Interface management across disciplines;
Management of subconsultants as required;
Responsible for all aspects of quality, HSE and sustainable performance;
Client communications and relationship management;
Will be required to be involved in bid management from time to time, as well as business development;
Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:
Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,
Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,
Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
Manages other Project Managers.
- Candidate will preferably have a relevant engineering degree background, along with around 10 years relevant experience. Project Management training and/or qualifications would be expected, along with a working knowledge of the UK Rail Industry.
