As part of a recent structural change, we are seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide a highly efficient and effective support to the office of our Chief Executive for our UK and Ireland business (predominantly the CEO and COO).

Working in a rapidly changing, growth orientated business with c7,500 employees across the UK and Ireland region, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to ensure that our leaders are able to add maximum value to our operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

  • Complex diary management

  • Management of all Travel

  • Managing email of CEO and COO, ensuring timely responses and escalation where required

  • Cash and Credit card expenses

  • Organising team events

  • Managing Board papers and meeting coordination

  • Facilitating Exec team meetings, agendas, minutes and following up actions

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Leadership teams

Minimum Requirements

Required skills and experience

  • Previous EA experience ideally having supported at the level of CEO or COO

  • Able to create presentations, spreadsheets and word documents

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritisation and organisational skills

  • Self-motivated and proactive ensuring that the CEO and COO are aware of their commitments and ensuring that this is reflected in their calendar

  • Excellent networking skills

  • Confidence to seek clarification or further information where required

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree preferred but equivalent job experience and a history of strong performance is more important.

  • SharePoint, Salesforce.com and other desktop tools would also be beneficial
