Position Title Maintenance Foreman, Future Opportunity

Job Summary

This position is responsible for organizing, directing and supervising all equipment maintenance and equipment administrative functions required on field projects, both foreign and domestic.

May include the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for work procedures, scheduling, cost control, equipment specification conformity, establishment of manpower levels and the maintenance of accurate records.

  • Coordinates movement and use of equipment with Equipment Operations and implements company policies and procedures, establishing repair and overhaul practices.

  • Works under close supervision.

  • Aids in the preparation, scheduling and coordination of basic equipment duties on a specific project.

  • May direct hourly employees on international projects or industrial operations when this level is not covered by an hourly collective bargaining agreement.

Minimum Requirements

  • Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman or equivalent experience

  • Construction Safety Training System (CSTS-09) Certification required

  • OSSA Fall Arrest

  • OSSA Confined Space

Preferred Qualifications

  • Min. 5 years of experience in turnarounds

  • Supervised or lead crews at site
