AECOM Program Financial Analyst in Las Vegas, Nevada

Purpose and Scope:
Perform business/economic analytical studies and cost benefit analyses on behalf of the RSSII (Range Support Services II) contract.
1) Conduct research and prepare financial analyses and forecasts.
2) Generate management tools to effectively control programs.
3) Generate reports documenting findings.
4) Conduct research into procurement practices and assess/implement improvements to, or compliance with acquisition procedures.
5) Prepare computerized programs utilizing commercial software to manage tasks.
6) Participate in cost proposal development.
7) Maintain data base to produce monthly financial reports.
8) Track, process and distribute deliverables and monitor comment status.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
Bachelors’ degree in Business or Finance and at least 3 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
Good written communication skills; strong Excel software skills.
Deltek Costpoint experience desired.
Possess working knowledge of word processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail oriented work is required.
Position may require intermittent travel.
Qualify for and maintain an active DoD clearance is required.
Qualify for and maintain a government Top Secret security clearance.
Possess a valid state issued driver’s license.
Local candidates preferred.
Current DoD Top Secret Clearance is highly desired
