Position Title Supply Technician

Oversee subcontractors performing property management functions in accordance with negotiated subcontracts, Statement of Work, and Company policies and procedures. Position was a "Temporary to Permanent Hire" position.
Coordinate seizure activities, interact with government officials and property custodians:
Communicate with vendors and subcontractors, perform subcontractor facility and performance evaluation, train, evaluate, and select new vendors as required.
Ensure accuracy in subcontractor invoicing.
Conduct initial, quarterly, and annually property inventories
Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of property maintenance and determine necessity and reasonableness of repairs
Coordinate property management acceptance/disposal with government officials, subcontractors, and management
Investigate lost, damaged, or destroyed property and ensure adverse incidents are filed according to performance requirements.
Participate in pre seizure and seizure operations to include mass mobilizations or surge requirements
Oversee final disposition of property
Evaluate and prepare property for sale and ensure timely delivery of property to required location for sale
Assist in sales activity as required
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested
All additional duties as assigned

Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent legal Resident
Bachelors degree and/or equivalent training/experience.
Minimum of two (2) years experience.
A valid driver's license and/or CDL if applicable.
Ability to pass a background check.
Must have working knowledge of MS Office and database management software.
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
Operation of forklift is incidental to the job and training will be provided.
Experience with 10 key preferred
