Job Summary

Essential Job Function: Supports program management and execution of various Predator and Reaper variant Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) programs. Location of assignment is Las Vegas, NV. Under limited supervision, applies program policies and procedures, supports programmatic and contractual requirements, prepares reports and analysis, routine and non-routine correspondence and documentation, program presentations, briefings, and program management reports. May be utilized in logistical, financial, personnel, or other staff functions to support the UAS program. May require some supervisory duties.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Interface with internal functional teams and external customers for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution of overall activities in the support and achievement of customer goals.

  • Interact and advise customers, through the application of specific program knowledge and subject matter expertise, in the execution of program management tasks.

  • Analyze requirements; review and coordinate with internal and external customers to generate program documentation such as plans, schedules, briefings, reports, correspondence, contact/contract modifications, technical instructions, technical procedures or related material.

  • Analyze and track project budgets, schedules and deliverables, conduct research into specific areas, prepare findings and report findings to the customer.

  • Create and maintain master files/schedules related to program history, execution and status for the life of the program (inception to disposal).

  • Review, analyze, provide programmatic comments, and provide assessment of quantitative and non-quantitative program reports; research specific areas and prepare findings.

  • Interface with internal and external principal program participants for planning and prioritization and resolution of overall activities and resolution of issues to support customer goals.

  • Continuously develop and maintain an effective work environment by reading, understanding, and implementing the general and specific operational, safety, quality and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures and policies pertaining to his/her job.

  • Position may require short-duration travel.

  • Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested by the Program Manager or designated representative in support of program objectives.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field and 4 years of job related experience or equivalent required. Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field and 7 years of job related experience or equivalent highly desired. Related military technical training and relevant job experience may be substituted for requirements noted above with Hiring Manager approval.

Good written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Basic knowledge and understanding of unmanned aircraft systems, missions and operations required.

Must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship upon hire. Must submit updated SF-86 within 30 days of hire start date. Must be able to gain/maintain the required security clearance level and special access authorization as a condition of continued employment.

Preferred Qualifications

Active DoD Security Clearance preferred.

Prior experience within RPA/UAS program.

Prior DoD contractor experience.
