Position Title University Relations Coordinator

AECOM’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a University Relations Coordinator in various locations around the US and Canada. Reporting to the Operations Lead, the University Relations Coordinator will be asked to assist with the execution of AECOM’s University Recruiting program with a focus on maintaining systems, processes and programs as well as providing recruiting support. Key responsibilities are:
Supporting the University Relations team with full cycle university recruiting with a heavy focus on sourcing candidates and organizing talent pools in AECOM’s CRM.
Development of program materials and communications for University Relations
Administration of platforms including SharePoint, Handshake, Smashfly, etc.
Assist with University Relations employment branding initiatives including social media, email campaigns, recruitment marketing materials, etc.
Assist with the planning and execution of the AECOM’s Internship Program and other specialized recruiting programs for university students.
Supporting high and low volume recruiting events – planning logistics, overseeing coordination and tracking of all candidates (pre and post event)
Managing Intern Conversion reports – tracking all intern hires and performance records as well as conversion status.
Manages referral process for all internally submitted student referrals including executives and employee referral network.
Creating presentations to present to various student groups during tours, classroom visits, and information sessions
Acts as main point of contact for all specialized hiring programs for university students providing constant communication and updates to business and key stakeholders.
Preparing reports and data entry
Contributing new solutions to college recruiting challenges
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in a corporate, campus or agency recruiting environment
Advanced level skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail; process oriented
Ability to work independently in CRM
Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
Able to travel 10-20% of time (US and Canada)
