Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Project Management Architect for immediate employment for the Honolulu, HI office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

  • Project Management For Design and Construction of Multiple Healthcare Facilities

  • Embedded as seconded staff in Clients office

  • Liaison between Client and other project managers

  • Attends planning, design, and construction meetings

  • Coordinates project logistics with ongoing operations

  • Prepares monthly progress reports to Owner

  • Monitors cost, schedule, and quality of projects

  • Evaluates and recommends proposed changes in construction scope, time, & cost

  • Drafts replies to inquiries from the general public

  • Researches project issues as requested by Client

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

  • 10+ years' experience in planning, design and construction of healthcare facilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15+ years' experience preferred

  • Registered Architect License in Hawaii

  • Local residents preferred
