We currently have an exciting opportunity to be part of high caliber team of Program Management professionals leading the design and build of a multi-million dollar theme park investment in China.
Responsible for all project controls systems and preparation of the Monthly Report.
Develop Communications Procedures and Methods for Project Control and Document Control;
Establish and maintain all critical reporting forms and methodologies.
Track, monitor and report abnormalities in reporting and procedures
Establish procedures for tracking and reporting risks. Analyze and update risk profile on a regular basis.
Prepare and distribute to the Contracts team and Delivery Managers; the Overall Monthly PMC Status Report for the Employer that will show overall project performance and issues, identify potential risks and variations, summarize all financially critical information, integrate the Project Planner’s progress and status of the key schedule milestones and identify any potential delays and other information as may be required.
Assist in Master Schedule development.
Review and recommend expenditure of authorized project funds.
Develop and oversee Proliance Online Project Management platform
Support the Contracts Team to analyze contractor’s proposals and negotiation strategies on behalf of the PMC Team.
Coordinate with Document Controller to ensure accurate cost control reports and logs.
Identify and spot-check Contractor estimates to assure compliance with contractual obligations and proper estimating techniques.
Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Project Director.
Bachelor degree with relevant business discipline
10+ years working experience in project administration or document control capacity preferably in a construction or design consulting environment
Experience setting up an efficient and effective filling system for easy access by the Project team
Familiarity with a database driven document control system
Good multitasking, prioritizing and organization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control system (Proliance)
Good oral and written communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin
