Job Summary

This role on the HCM Business Adminsitrator reports to the Global Business Services Systems/Projects/Analytics Director. The primary responsibility is to lead efforts in business development and project implementation within HCM applications. This includes owning design and development of business process configurations, stakeholder approvals, change management, process documentation, system/end-user testing, implementation support, and ensuring quality project deliverables are on time. This position is also responsible for driving improvements and working closely with IT to enhance the employee user experience across the global organization.

  • Develop, build, and maintain requirements/configuration in the ServiceNow platform

  • Create and develop customized reporting requirements

  • Develop dashboard reporting tools, scorecards, KPI’s, and performance metrics

  • Provide cross-functional collaboration and interdependency identification to define, plan, deliver, and execute business needs related to the ServiceNow HCM and Finance platform

  • Manage the ServiceNow application integration services with Workday, including product development solutions

  • Provides technical support including training and coordinating with global employees, case agents, and HR partners

  • Prepare and document functional and integration test cases and strategy for any new or updated configuration

  • Responsible for fulfillment of ServiceNow business solutions, including coordination of configuration requirements and solution design and production support

  • Working directly with different groups to understand the business need and support implementation

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field

  • 8+ years relevant work experience of technical development in finance/accounting, HCM, shared services, or technology

  • Strong technical skills and working knowledge of ServiceNow Case Management and Portal Integrations

  • Working knowledge of design and development cloud-based SaaS solutions including ServiceNow and Workday systems

  • Communicate Effectively - Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

  • Foster Teamwork - Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions; ability to actively engage stakeholders, clients and staff to ensure processes are executed consistently

  • Lead - Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization

  • Possess Strong Analytical, Decision-Making, and Presentation Skills – Ability to provide value added business analysis

  • Organization and Planning Skills - Set priorities, create project plans, and monitor progress towards goals/activities

  • Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project and Change Management experience or certification

  • ServiceNow case management and portal (required)

  • Workday or HCM application experience

  • HR and Finance services experience
